JOB SUMMARY:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Manufacturing Store In-Charge with strong MS Excel skills to oversee inventory management, stock handling, and store operations. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth material flow, maintain accurate records, and support manufacturing efficiency through effective store management.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Oversee daily operations of the manufacturing store, ensuring materials are received, stored, and issued efficiently.
- Maintain accurate inventory records using Excel, including stock levels, incoming and outgoing materials, and consumption reports.
- Monitor stock movements and conduct regular stock audits to ensure accuracy and prevent discrepancies.
- Coordinate with the procurement and production teams to ensure timely availability of materials.
- Generate and analyze reports using Excel functions such as VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables and Macros to track stock usage and forecast requirements.
- Implement and maintain an organized storage system to optimize space utilization and quick retrieval.




- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards in material handling and storage.
- Process GRNs (Goods Receipt Notes), issue slips, and purchase requisitions as required.
- Handle vendor coordination for material deliveries and resolve any supply-related issues.
- Train and supervise store assistants/workers as needed.

REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:

- Educational Qualification: Diploma/Engineering in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: Candidates with 5 to 6 years of experience in store/Inventory management in a manufacturing environment.
- Excel Proficiency: Proficient Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Conditional Formatting).

OTHER REQUIREMENTS:

- Familiarity with ERP/software systems for inventory tracking is a plus.
- Robust organizational and multitasking skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

- Strong understanding of raw materials, consumables, and finished goods in a manufacturing Setup.
- Knowledge of inventory management principles.
