The Role

- Assist in monitoring approximately 30 microservices to ensure system health and performance.
- Help build and maintain dashboards for system observability and reporting.
- Participate in troubleshooting production issues, escalating when necessary.
- Collaborate with service owners to gather requirements and enhance monitoring coverage.
- Support automation initiatives for streamlining reporting and log management.
- Contribute to a consistent dashboard design for rapid issue identification.

What You'll Need





- 2+ years of experience in SRE, DevOps, or Production Support roles.
- Basic understanding of SQL and NoSQL databases (e.g., Redis, MongoDB, PostgreSQL, MySQL).
- Experience with Python scripting.
- Basic knowledge of cloud concepts and modern software delivery practices.
- General understanding of version control systems like Git.
- Robust problem-solving and communication skills, with a willingness to learn.
