Role Description The Junior Sales Executive will work full time on-site at our Coimbatore location, supporting the growth of Terra Tech Packs’ customer base. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying potential customers, following up on leads, and presenting product features and benefits to businesses in the food and packaging industry. The role involves maintaining relationships with existing clients, preparing basic quotations, coordinating with internal teams on orders and deliveries, and updating sales records and reports.

The Junior Sales

Executive will also assist in market research, participate in local sales campaigns or events,



and provide feedback on customer needs and market trends to help improve sales strategies.

Qualifications

- Sales and customer relationship skills, including ability to engage prospects, understand customer needs, and maintain ongoing client communication.
- Basic negotiation and persuasion skills to support closing deals and handling pricing discussions under guidance from senior team members.
- Communication and interpersonal skills, with clear spoken and written English and Tamil (other regional languages are an advantage).
- Organizational and time management skills to manage multiple leads, follow-ups, and documentation efficiently.
- Comfort with using computers, office productivity tools (e.g., email, spreadsheets), and basic CRM or sales tracking systems.
- Interest in sustainable products, packaging, or FMCG sectors, and willingness to learn about reusable food container solutions.
- Ability to work on-site in Coimbatore, travel locally to meet clients when required, and collaborate with production and logistics teams.
- Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field preferred; motivated fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
