Job Summary

We are looking for a Junior Site Engineer to support the execution and supervision of civil construction activities at project sites. The candidate will work closely with the Project Manager and senior engineers to ensure work is completed as per approved drawings, quality standards, safety requirements, and project schedules.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in supervising daily civil construction activities at the site.
- Execute work as per approved drawings, specifications, BOQ, and instructions from senior engineers.
- Assist in monitoring site progress and maintaining daily work records.
- Read and understand architectural and structural drawings.
- Assist in checking line, level, dimensions, and measurements of executed works.
- Monitor manpower, materials, tools, and equipment at the site.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and site workers.
- Assist in RCC, masonry, plastering, flooring, waterproofing, and finishing works.
- Support senior engineers in quantity measurements and preparation of work completion reports.
- Assist in checking material requirements and coordinate with the stores/purchase team.
- Monitor workmanship and report quality issues to the Senior Engineer/Project Manager.
- Assist in preparing Daily Progress Reports and other site documentation.
- Identify site issues and report them to the concerned senior engineer for resolution.




- Follow and support all company safety procedures and site safety requirements.
- Maintain proper housekeeping and ensure safe working practices at the site.
- Support the Project Manager and Senior Site Engineer in achieving project targets.

Requirements

- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
- 1–3 years of experience in civil construction/site execution.
- Freshers with relevant internship/site exposure may also apply.
- Basic knowledge of construction methods and site execution.
- Ability to read and understand civil/structural drawings.
- Basic knowledge of quantity measurement and BOQ.
- Basic knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Excel.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Willingness to learn and take responsibility.
- Ability to work at project sites and coordinate with site teams.

Salary ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month, depending on qualification and experience.
