About the Role

We are looking for an ambitious, enthusiastic Junior Sales Executive to join our remote team. This role is ideal for freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience who have strong interpersonal skills, a hunger to learn, and an interest in sales and client relationship management.

You will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, sharing information about our products and services, scheduling and delivering demos, and managing records inside our CRM.

Key Responsibilities

1) Lead Generation & Prospecting:

- Find and connect with potential prospects through email, phone outreach, and skilled networks like LinkedIn.
- Follow up consistently on incoming inquiries and leads.

2) Client Communication & Engagement:

- Contact prospective clients via email, messaging, and phone calls.
- Send detailed product/service portfolios, brochures, and answers to initial client inquiries.
- Understand customer requirements and suggest relevant solutions.

3) Product Demonstrations:

- Schedule and conduct online product walkthroughs/demos via Google Meet or Zoom (with occasional offline meetings if needed locally).
- Explain key features and handle basic client queries and objections.

CRM Management & Tracking:

- Enter and maintain accurate client details, call notes, and deal progress in our CRM system.
- Track leads from first contact through follow-ups to deal closure.

5) Reporting:

- Maintain daily activity logs (calls made, emails sent, demos delivered) and coordinate with the team remotely.

Requirements & Skills

- Experience: 0 to 1 year in Sales, Telecalling, Business Development, or Customer Support (Fresh graduates encouraged to apply).
- Communication: Clear, confident spoken and written communication skills (English and Hindi/regional language).
- Tech-Savvy: Basic computer literacy (Google Meet/Zoom, Google Docs/Sheets or MS Office, and eagerness to learn CRM tools).
- Work Setup: Must have a reliable computer/laptop, a dedicated quiet workspace, and a stable, high-speed internet connection for work from home.
- Attitude: Target-driven, self-motivated, organized, and capable of working independently in a remote environment.
- Education: Any Bachelor's degree (preferred) or relevant diploma.
