Research Analyst — Strategy & Growth Advisory(Graduate role · Full time · Long-term)

What you'll work on

- In-depth industry, market, and company research to support client mandates
- Competitor mapping and benchmarking — products, pricing, positioning, financials, and strategy
- Market sizing, opportunity assessment, and inputs into clients' growth plans
- Tender and bid research — identifying opportunities, tracking them, and helping prepare submissions
- Talent and recruitment research — mapping candidates and supporting hiring for client organisations
- Tracking industry news, regulatory changes, and deal activity relevant to our clients
- Building clean databases, trackers, and well-structured research decks and reports




- Preparing client-ready presentations and notes with senior team members

Who we're looking for

- A recent graduate (any discipline — commerce, finance, economics, engineering or management is a plus)
- Strong research and analytical instincts, and genuine comfort working with data
- Excellent spoken and written English — you can explain complex things clearly
- High energy, curiosity, and real hunger to grow and take on more
- Attention to detail, ownership of your work, and the ability to juggle several projects
- Good working knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, and Word, and confidence with online research
- Someone looking to build a long-term career with us, not just a short stint

Bonus points

- Interest in consulting, private equity, capital markets, or M&A;
- Internship or project experience in research or analysis
- Familiarity with research/data platforms (e.g., Tracxn, company databases)
