Kitron is looking for a Junior Procurement Specialist to join our team. We are particularly interested in candidates with 3 to 5 years of experience who can potentially join within 30 to 45 days.
:
- Mass Production Order management against vendor (Release/Confirm/Delivery/Replan/Cancel)
- KPIs management: OTS (On Time Supply) / DFE (Demand Flex Efficiency) / DIO (Days Inventory Outstanding)
- Daily operational issues like email/meeting
- RMA support on raw material quality issue
- Support Financial on supplier invoice commercial issue
- Shortages handling/solving/escalation
- Support sourcing on supplier scorecard for good supplier relationship management
- Purchasing process training for new employees
- Other task assigned by managers
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree on Electronics / Electrical or mechanical engineering
- At least 3 years’ practical experience in Electronics industry, Min. 2 years in procurement/or partial sourcing position in a complex global environment.
- Good understanding and rich knowledge on the Electronics components category/electronic manufacturing process/procurement principles & procedures, and global sourcing channel.
- Familiar with ERP system like SAP, computer office skills, experience in EMS industry is preferred
- Valuable Strategic and analytical skill.
- Excellent project management skill.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Excellent teamwork skills – ability to work in cross-functional groups, preferably multi-national.
- Strong trouble shooting ability.
- Lean knowledge / experience is a plus
