This role is newly created to pivot the productivity of our multi-disciplinary team and establish KPIs such as target budget vs. spend on weekly basis as well as target value for money aka return on investment pitch decks briefed monthly /quarterly basis.

Role Description The Junior Project Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Walajapet. This role involves coordinating project activities, tracking timelines and deliverables, and supporting senior managers in planning and execution.

The Junior Project

Manager will liaise with internal teams, suppliers, and service providers to ensure materials, components, and services are delivered on schedule. Daily responsibilities include monitoring project progress, assisting with documentation and reporting, supporting inspection and quality checks,



and helping resolve logistics or scheduling issues. The role also requires maintaining clear communication with stakeholders and contributing to continuous improvement of project processes.

Please note that the person must relocate to Walajapet/Ranipet closer to our RPTO, flight test ground and able to visit our Head Quarters at Perungalathur, Chennai time to time.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills related to Expeditor and Expediting to follow up on orders and ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
- Candidates should possess Project Management skills to assist with planning, scheduling, documentation, and coordination of project activities.
- Candidates should possess Inspection skills to support quality checks, verify compliance with specifications, and document outcomes.
- Candidates should possess Logistics Management skills to help manage material flow, coordinate shipments, and optimize on-site delivery.
- Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in engineering, operations, or a related field are preferred.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and the capacity to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams in office in Walajapet and basic proficiency in standard project management and office software.
