Role Overview The Junior Marketing Assistant will work closely with the Marketing team and support the execution of ongoing marketing activities. The position is intended to provide reliable day-to-day support for recurring tasks, research, content preparation, data management and content creation activities.

The role will work under the guidance of the Marketing team and may involve coordination with internal teams as well as external marketing consultants, strategists, designers or other service providers.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct basic online research on industries, companies, markets, competitors, products and other topics as required by the Marketing team.

Collect, organise and maintain marketing-related information and data in spreadsheets and other digital tools.

Prepare first drafts of social media posts, captions and other marketing copy based on information provided by the team.

Assist with proofreading, formatting and basic content editing.

Support the preparation and organisation of content for social media, website and other marketing communications.

Assist during photography, video and other content shoots, including basic coordination and preparation.

Help organise photographs, videos, documents and other marketing assets.

Assist with uploading, updating and maintaining marketing content and records.





Support recurring marketing reports and data collection from relevant platforms.

Assist the Marketing team with routine follow-ups, coordination and execution of assigned tasks.

Use digital and AI tools where appropriate to improve productivity, while checking and validating the output before use.

Carry out other routine marketing support activities assigned by the Marketing team.

Skills and Attributes

Good written and verbal communication skills.

Comfortable conducting internet research and finding relevant information.

Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets and other common office tools.

Valuable attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate information.

Willingness to perform recurring and process-driven tasks.

Ability to follow instructions and complete assigned work within timelines.

Interest in social media, content and digital marketing.

Willingness to learn new tools and software.

Basic knowledge of Canva, photography, video or content editing would be an advantage but is not mandatory.

Role Scope

This is a junior execution and support role. The position does not require responsibility for marketing strategy, independent campaign planning, team management or overall marketing decision-making.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 per month
