Role Description The Junior Interior Designer will support the design team in developing interior concepts and layouts for residential and commercial spaces. Day-to-day responsibilities include assisting with space planning, preparing construction drawings, selecting materials and finishes, and contributing to FF&E; (furniture, fixtures, and equipment) specifications. The role involves coordinating with senior designers, vendors, and contractors, as well as participating in site visits, measurements, and basic supervision of work progress.

Designer will also help prepare presentations, mood boards, and documentation to communicate design ideas clearly to clients and internal stakeholders. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Pune. Candidates who are residents of Pune will be preffered.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in Interior Design and Space Planning, with the ability to translate client requirements into practical layouts.
- Candidates should possess skills in Architecture and Construction Drawings, including basic knowledge of building elements and the ability to prepare or revise technical drawings.
- Candidates should possess skills related to FF&E;, including selecting furniture, fixtures, and equipment that align with design concepts and budget constraints.
- Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar tools, and basic knowledge of MS Office for documentation and presentations.
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- Robust attention to detail, willingness to learn, and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Good communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with clients, vendors, and project partners.
