Role Description The Junior Interior Designer role at Fine Dezign is a full-time, on-site position based in Noida.

The Junior Interior

Designer will support senior designers in developing mood boards, 2D layouts, elevations, and 3D visualizations that align with client requirements and the firm’s design standards. Daily responsibilities include assisting in client consultations, translating design concepts into drawings, coordinating with vendors and contractors on materials and finishes, and preparing presentations and documentation for ongoing projects. The role involves visiting project sites for measurements, progress checks, and quality assurance,



as well as collaborating with the project management team to help maintain timelines and smooth execution.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess foundational interior design skills, including space planning, concept development, and selection of materials, finishes, and furnishings.
- Candidates should possess proficiency in design and visualization tools such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar CAD/3D software, along with basic knowledge of rendering tools.
- Candidates should possess strong drafting and documentation skills, including creating detailed drawings, elevations, and specification sheets.
- Candidates should possess effective communication and collaboration skills to interact with clients, senior designers, vendors, and site teams.
- Candidates should possess positive organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet project deadlines.
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field is preferred.
- Understanding of residential and commercial design trends, color theory, and basic building materials will be beneficial.
- Willingness to learn, attention to detail, and readiness to work on-site at project locations in and around Noida will be beneficial.
