Role Description The Junior HR Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in the Pune Division. This position supports day-to-day HR operations, including maintaining employee records, assisting with onboarding and orientation, and coordinating documentation for new hires and exits. The role involves helping implement HR policies and procedures, supporting payroll and benefits administration, and responding to employee queries in a professional and timely manner.





The Junior HR Specialist also assists with organizing training sessions, performance review processes, and employee engagement activities, while collaborating with managers to ensure compliance with company standards and local regulations.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess foundational skills in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management.
- Candidates should possess skills related to HR Policies and Employee Benefits.
- Candidates should possess skills in Personnel Management and basic employee relations.
- Solid organizational, documentation, and time-management abilities.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle confidential information responsibly and work collaboratively in a team.
- Proficiency with MS Office tools and HR software or HRIS systems is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred; internships or 0–2 years of HR experience are beneficial.
