About the Role

We are looking for a Junior Graphic Designer to join our Communication & Branding team. The candidate will support the design and execution of creative communication across digital, social media, print, events, and institutional campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

· Create visually engaging designs for social media posts, digital campaigns, advertisements, brochures, newsletters, presentations, magazines and event creatives.

· Develop creative concepts aligned with the organisation’s brand identity and communication guidelines.

· Design graphics for Social Media (Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, website, emailers, and digital displays).

· Assist in creating reels, short-form & long-form videos. Knowledge of motion graphics and basic animations will be an added advantage.

· Adapt creative concepts into multiple formats and dimensions for different platforms.

· Assist in designing event branding, banners, standees, backdrops, certificates, invitations, and other event collaterals.

· Have a good understanding of content, typography, alignment, colours, images, logos, and brand elements before final delivery.

· Should be able to handle project from ideation to execution independently.

· Stay updated with current design trends, social media formats, AI design tools, and visual communication practices.

Required Skills

· Strong understanding of layout, typography, colour theory, visual hierarchy, and branding.

· Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and similar available design tools.

· Working knowledge of InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Canva.

· Knowledge of UI/UX will be an added advantage.

· Basic understanding of motion graphics and video editing.





· Ability to create designs that are modern, clean, professional, and audience-focused.

· Positive attention to detail and ability to work within deadlines.

· Ability to manage multiple design requirements simultaneously.

· Good communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications

· Bachelor’s degree/diploma in any discipline.

· A strong portfolio demonstrating creativity, design thinking, and versatility.

· Freshers with a strong portfolio may also be considered.

What We’re Looking For A designer who can think creatively, understand a brief, translate ideas into compelling visuals, and maintain consistency across all brand touchpoints. The ideal candidate should be curious, proactive, receptive to feedback, and willing to experiment with new creative and AI-powered design tools.

Selection Process The final selection will be based on a live design assignment. Shortlisted candidates will be given a practical design brief to assess their ability to understand requirements, develop creative concepts, execute designs, and work within a specified timeframe.

Portfolio is mandatory.

Portfolio Live Assignment will be key criteria for final selection.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
