Qualification: ITI/ Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering

About the Role
We are looking for a Mechanical Engineer who is interested in rotating machinery, vibration analysis, and field engineering. The selected candidate will work closely with experienced engineers on vibration measurement, analysis, and In-Situ Dynamic Balancing of rotating equipment at customer locations. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates and early-career engineers to develop hands-on expertise in rotating machinery and industrial troubleshooting.
Key Responsibilities
· Collect and analyse vibration data from rotating equipment.
· Assist senior engineers in In-Situ Dynamic Balancing activities.
· Support measurements, troubleshooting, and equipment testing.
· Prepare technical datasheets, service reports, and balancing reports.
· Communicate with customers regarding technical clarifications and reports.
· Maintain accurate records of measurements and project documentation.
· Follow customer-site safety procedures and company guidelines.
· Travel to customer locations for project execution as required.
Required Skills
· Basic understanding of rotating machinery and mechanical systems.
· Interest in Vibration Analysis, Condition Monitoring, and Dynamic Balancing.
· Working knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel, and PDF documentation.
· Willingness to travel and work at industrial/customer sites.
· Good communication and technical-reporting skills.
