The PDI Engineer responsible for Problems resolution at customer end within PAN India.

The role ensures operation efficiency, Equipment reliability, Customers satisfaction, Service PDI, RCA

Experience and Education

- Diploma / ITI in Mechanical / Electrical / Electronics.
- Experience 8–10-year Experience in Service MHE / OEM

Key Role & Responsibilities:

- Field failure analysis & resolution of issues.
- Coordinate closely with Government projects & Key customers for issues resolution with RCA & improve customers satisfaction.
- Oversee preventative & breakdown maintenance activities across all sites.
- Maintain solid relationship with clients & key customers.
- Service PDI & manage escalation effectively for timely closer to get FTR / ETR
- SOP, Process,



Machine documents review & closer.

Competencies:

- Customer satisfaction & escalation managements.
- Process improvements & operational excellence
- Client relationship & service delivery management.
- Field complaint resolution with RCA
- Equipment manual knowledge & Service PDI of Equipment (Forklift / Reach Truck / Jambo / BOPT)
