About the role

We're looking for a junior digital marketing executive to join our team and take ownership of day-to-day execution across social media, campaigns, and content — not an internship, a real seat on the team with growth into a full marketing role.

What you'll do

- Plan and execute social media content calendars across platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook)
- Run and monitor small-to-mid budget digital campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads)
- Write copy for posts, captions, and basic ad creatives
- Track performance metrics and put together straightforward weekly reports
- Coordinate with the design team for creative assets
- Support client communication on ongoing digital accounts

What we're looking for

- 0–1.5 years of relevant experience (agency experience preferred but not mandatory)
- Working knowledge of Instagram/Meta Business Suite, basic understanding of Google Ads or willingness to learn fast




- Decent writing skills — you can turn a rough brief into a clean caption
- Comfortable with Canva/basic design tools (Photoshop a plus, not required)
- Based in Pune or willing to relocate; must be able to work from our Camp office

- Location: Camp, Pune — in office
- Schedule: Mon–Sat, 10am–7pm
- Compensation: ₹15,000–20,000/month, based on experience
