Role Overview:

We are looking for motivated, detail-oriented candidates with 0–1 year of experience to join our team in a dual technical role covering Civil Site Coordination and Architectural/Structural Drafting. You will assist in preparing Good for Construction (GFC) drawings, reviewing structural and architectural plans, calculating quantities/BOQ, and supporting on-site project coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

- Drafting & Documentation: Produce 2D architectural and civil working drawings, GFC sets, submission layouts, sections, and municipal sanction drawings using AutoCAD.
- Drawing Coordination: Review structural and architectural drawings to verify buildability, check dimensional accuracy, and resolve site clashes.
- Quantity Surveying & BOQ: Assist with material take-offs, preliminary cost estimations, and preparation of Bills of Quantities (BOQ).
- Site Support & Reporting: Track on-site progress, assist with material inspections and reinforcement verification,



and prepare Daily/Weekly Progress Reports (DPR/WPR).
- Standards & Records: Maintain CAD drawing registers, consistent layering/plotting standards, and site logs.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

- Education: B.Tech / B.E. / Diploma in Civil Engineering, D.Arch, or ITI Draftsman (Civil / Architecture).
- Experience: Freshers or up to 1 year of experience in drafting or site coordination.
- Software: Strong command of AutoCAD (2D drafting, layer management, layout spaces) and MS Excel. Familiarity with Revit or SketchUp is an added advantage.
- Core Knowledge: Basic understanding of RCC structures, construction materials, building bylaws, and architectural detailing.
- Attributes: Eagerness to learn, strong attention to detail, and clear communication skills.
