ROLE OVERVIEW

Vani Kabir Multiverse is hiring a Junior Chartered Accountant to manage the founder’s personal wealth —

investment planning, portfolio management, and tax-efficient financial structuring. This is a dedicated,

trust-sensitive role focused entirely on personal wealth management, distinct from the company’s core accounting and compliance function.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Portfolio Management: Plan, track, and rebalance the founder’s personal investment portfolio (mutual

funds, equity, fixed deposits, bonds, insurance).
- Investment Research: Evaluate investment products and instruments before recommending allocation,

based on risk profile and financial goals.
- Tax Planning: Advise on capital gains treatment, Section 80C/80D and other deductions, and overall tax

optimization for the founder’s personal finances.
- Financial Planning: Build goal-based plans covering retirement, wealth accumulation, and

estate/succession considerations.
- Reporting: Prepare net worth statements, portfolio performance reviews, and periodic updates for the

founder.
- Coordination: Liaise with banks, mutual fund distributors/RMs,



insurance providers, and the founder’s

external tax consultant/CA as needed.
- Confidentiality: Handle personal financial data with strict discretion — this is a high-trust role.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

- Chartered Accountant (qualified) or CA-Final level candidate
- 0–2 years of experience; investment advisory, wealth management, or NBFC exposure preferred over pure

audit/accounting background
- Working knowledge of the Income Tax Act (capital gains, TDS) and familiarity with investment products

(mutual funds, FDs, bonds, equity, insurance)

PREFERRED CERTIFICATIONS

(Confirm current validity/requirements before publishing)

- NISM Series-X-A/B (Investment Adviser) — positive to have, signals genuine competence
- CFP (in progress or completed) — strong plus

SKILLS

- Strong Excel and portfolio-tracking ability
- Able to explain financial and tax concepts clearly to a non-finance founder
- High discretion and reliability — direct access to sensitive personal financial information
- Independent judgment — no large team to lean on

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
