Role Description The Junior Architect will support the design and development of architectural projects, from concept through detailed drawings and documentation. Day-to-day responsibilities include assisting in architectural design, preparing CAD/BIM drawings and 3D models, helping with design presentations, and coordinating with senior architects on project details and technical solutions.

The role involves contributing to material selection, basic site analysis, and design revisions based on client and regulatory feedback. This is a full-time,



on-site role located in West Delhi, requiring close collaboration with the design team and occasional visits to project sites.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Architecture and Architectural Design, with the ability to translate concepts into clear drawings and models.
- Experience or familiarity with Software Development and Integration in the context of design tools and workflows (e.g., CAD/BIM, plug-ins, data integration).
- Basic understanding of Project Management principles, including task prioritization, documentation, and coordination within multidisciplinary teams.
- Proficiency in industry-standard design software (such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar), and strong visual, technical, and conceptual design skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or an equivalent professional qualification, with knowledge of local building codes and regulations.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills, attention to detail, and the ability to learn quickly in a fast-paced studio environment.
- Interest in sustainable design, community-focused architecture, and emerging digital design tools is highly beneficial.
