We are looking for a Junior Art Director with a strong visual eye, curiosity, and a passion for turning ideas into impactful creative work.

You’ll work closely with the creative and strategy teams to develop concepts and visual communication across advertising campaigns, social media, digital platforms, and brand communication. The ideal candidate is someone who can take a brief, think beyond the obvious, and translate ideas into thoughtful, well-crafted visual solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop creative concepts and visual directions for advertising and brand campaigns.

- Create key visuals, social media creatives, digital assets, presentations, and campaign communication.

- Translate creative briefs into strong visual concepts and executions.

- Work closely with Copywriters, Creative Directors, Designers, and Account/Strategy teams.

- Assist in developing mood boards, style frames, layouts, and visual references.

- Support photoshoots and art direction, including visual references, styling direction, set-ups, and on-ground execution.

- Maintain consistency in typography, layout, composition, color, and overall brand aesthetics.

- Adapt campaign ideas across different formats and platforms while maintaining the core creative idea.

- Present creative concepts and explain the thinking behind your work.





- Take ownership of design execution from initial concept through final artwork.

- Stay updated with emerging visual trends, design styles, digital formats, and creative tools.

- Use AI tools where relevant to support ideation, exploration, and production while maintaining independent creative thinking and original execution.

Requirements

- 1–3 years of experience in an advertising, creative, branding, or design agency.

- Strong visual sense and an understanding of composition, typography, color, and layout.

- Good conceptual thinking and the ability to develop ideas from a brief.

- Strong attention to detail and a high standard of design craft.

- Ability to balance creative thinking with practical execution.

- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative agency environment.

- Valuable communication and presentation skills.

- A willingness to experiment, learn, take feedback, and push creative work further.
