Role Description The Junior Architect role at SkyArc Projects is a full-time, on-site position based in Hyderabad.

The Junior

Architect will support senior architects and project managers in developing architectural concepts, preparing drawings and 3D models, and refining design details for interiors and civil works. Daily responsibilities include assisting with design documentation, coordinating with consultants and contractors, conducting site visits, and tracking design changes to ensure accurate execution. The role also involves preparing presentation materials, contributing to design reviews,



and supporting project coordination from planning through handover.

The Junior

Architect will collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure that design intent is maintained throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Architecture and Architectural Design, with the ability to translate concepts into detailed drawings and plans.
- Experience or familiarity with Project Management principles, including timelines, coordination, and documentation.
- Basic understanding of Integration between design, engineering, and on-site execution to ensure cohesive project delivery.
- Proficiency in architectural software tools (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar) and MS Office for documentation and presentations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or an equivalent relevant field from an accredited institution.
- Robust visual, technical, and spatial design skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work in multidisciplinary teams and on active project sites.
- Willingness to learn, take initiative, and adapt to fast-paced project environments; prior internship or junior experience in design-build or project execution is beneficial.
