We are looking for a Junior Architect – Liaisoning to assist with architectural drawings and statutory approvals. The candidate will work closely with senior architects, consultants, and clients to ensure projects comply with applicable regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in preparing and submitting drawings for various statutory approvals.
- Coordinate with architects, structural consultants, MEP consultants, surveyors, and other project consultants.
- Prepare drawings for compliance with applicable development control regulations.
- Visit project sites as required for follow-ups and inspections.
- Support preparation of presentations, reports, area statements, and other project documentation.
- Stay updated on changes in development regulations, building codes, and approval procedures.
- Prepare detailed architectural drawings, plans, elevations, sections, and working drawings.

Qualifications:





- Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Arch.) from a recognized institution.
- 0–3 years of relevant experience in architectural practice, liaisoning, or statutory approvals.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD is required.
- Knowledge of Revit, SketchUp, Lumion, Enscape, Photoshop, or similar software is an advantage.
- Basic understanding of building regulations, development control regulations, and approval procedures.
- Valuable communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to interact professionally with government officials and consultants.
- Good understanding of architectural drawings and technical documents, including construction details.

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
