We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Junior Architect to assist the senior architecture and design team in developing architectural concepts, drawings, layouts, and project documentation. The candidate will support projects from the initial design stage through execution while ensuring accuracy and compliance with project requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist Senior Architects in developing architectural concepts and designs.

- Prepare 2D drawings, floor plans, elevations, sections, and detailed drawings.

- Create and modify drawings using AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or other relevant software.

- Assist in preparing 3D models, presentations, and design proposals.

- Coordinate with senior architects, interior designers, structural consultants, contractors, and other vendors.

- Conduct site visits and take measurements when required.

- Prepare working drawings and documentation for project execution.

- Ensure drawings are accurate and comply with project specifications and applicable standards.

- Assist in selecting materials, finishes, fixtures, and other design elements.

- Make revisions to drawings based on client or senior architect feedback.

- Maintain proper records of drawings, revisions, project documents, and approvals.

- Support the team during project execution and resolve design-related issues.





- Coordinate with vendors and contractors to ensure design requirements are properly implemented.

- Stay updated on architectural trends, materials, construction techniques, and relevant regulations.

Required Skills

- Good knowledge of AutoCAD is essential.

- Knowledge of SketchUp, Revit, 3D Max, Photoshop, Lumion, or similar software will be an advantage.

- Good understanding of architectural drawings and construction details.

- Basic knowledge of building materials and construction processes.

- Good design and visualization skills.

- Robust attention to detail and accuracy.

- Good communication and coordination skills.

- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.

- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet project deadlines.

Educational Qualification

- Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch.) from a recognized institution.

- Candidates with relevant internship or project experience will be preferred.

Experience

- Freshers to 3 years of relevant experience in architecture/design.

- Candidates with experience in residential, commercial, hospitality, or interior projects may be preferred depending on project requirements.
