S.J. Law Office, a growing full-service law firm based in Bengaluru, is looking for a Junior Advocate to join our litigation team.

Position: Junior Advocate

Location: Bengaluru

Experience: 12 Years

Bar Enrolment: Must be enrolled with the Bar Council of India / respective State Bar Council

Employment Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities

- Assisting in drafting pleadings, petitions, applications, legal notices and replies.
- Conducting legal research and preparing case briefs.
- Assisting in matters before the High Court of Karnataka, District Courts, Consumer Commissions and other forums.
- Attending court proceedings and assisting seniors during hearings.
- Preparing case files, chronologies, briefs and documentation.
- Coordinating with clients and maintaining case records.
- Monitoring case status, filing deadlines and procedural requirements.

• Assisting in litigation strategy and day-to-day case management.

Eligibility LL.B./B.A. LL.B. from a recognized institution.

1–2 years of post-enrolment experience in litigation.

Active enrolment with the Bar Council.

Strong drafting,



research and communication skills.

Good command over English.

Knowledge of Kannada will be an added advantage.

Willingness to appear in court and handle litigation-related responsibilities.
