Role Overview

We are looking for a motivated and technically curious AI Developer with 1-2 years of experience to join our development team. The candidate will work on AI-powered applications involving Large Language Models (LLMs), Generative AI, AI agents, APIs, embeddings, vector search, automation, data processing, and SQL/database operations.

The ideal candidate should have a strong foundation in Python, SQL, APIs, and AI/ML concepts, along with good problem-solving ability and an interest in building practical enterprise AI solutions.

The candidate will work closely with developers, architects, business analysts, QA engineers, and project teams to design, build, test, and improve AI-enabled applications and integrations.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Develop AI-powered applications using Python and Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Build and integrate Generative AI solutions using OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, or similar LLM APIs.
- Develop AI agents and tool-calling workflows that can interact with APIs, databases, documents, and external systems.
- Design and implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions for enterprise use cases.
- Generate and manage embeddings and implement semantic/vector search using suitable vector databases or search services.
- Create and optimize prompts, structured outputs, and AI workflows for reliable and consistent responses.
- Develop and integrate REST APIs and backend services using frameworks such as FastAPI or Flask.
- Write SQL queries and perform database operations using SQL Server, PostgreSQL, or similar relational databases.
- Process structured and unstructured data using Python, Pandas, JSON, CSV, Excel, and document-processing libraries.
- Build AI workflows for document extraction, classification, summarization, validation, and decision support.
- Develop automation workflows by integrating AI services with enterprise applications and external systems.
- Test AI responses for accuracy, relevance, hallucination,



edge cases, and overall reliability.
- Debug and troubleshoot Python applications, APIs, databases, AI integrations, and data-processing issues.
- Maintain source code using Git, GitHub, or Azure DevOps and follow standard development practices.
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation for APIs, prompts, workflows, integrations, and implemented AI solutions.
- Collaborate with project teams to understand business requirements and convert them into practical AI solutions.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- 1-2 years of relevant experience in AI/ML, Python development, Generative AI, or software development involving AI solutions.
- Strong programming fundamentals in Python and working knowledge of SQL.
- Practical understanding of Generative AI, Large Language Models, prompt engineering, RAG, embeddings, and vector search.
- Experience working with REST APIs, JSON, API integrations, and backend services.
- Exposure to AI frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, Semantic Kernel, LlamaIndex, or similar frameworks is desirable.
- Working knowledge of relational databases such as SQL Server or PostgreSQL.
- Familiarity with Git, GitHub, Azure DevOps, Postman, and standard software development workflows.
- Exposure to Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Search, Docker, cloud deployment, or AI automation tools is an advantage.
- Robust analytical, problem-solving, communication, learning, and documentation skills.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
