nJob Responsibilities:

n Handle day-to-day accounting entries in Tally-ERP.

nRecord purchase, sales, expense, receipt and payment transactions.

n Check and process vendor invoices and bills.

nMaintain vendor and customer ledgers.

n Perform bank, vendor and ledger reconciliations.

nAssist in accounts payable and receivable activities.

n Maintain proper accounting records and supporting documents.

nCoordinate with vendors and internal teams for invoice and payment-related queries.





n Provide necessary documents and information for audit requirements.

nPerform other accounting and finance-related tasks as assigned.

n Assit in collecting & finalizing source data for MIS preparation

n

nSkills Required:

nBasic knowledge of Accounting, GST and TDS.

n Working knowledge of Tally-ERP and MS Excel.

nGood understanding of debit/credit and accounting entries.

n Valuable reconciliation and analytical skills.

nAttention to detail and accuracy.

n Good communication and coordination skills.

nWillingness to learn and take responsibility.
