Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Junior Accountant to support our Finance & Accounts team. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining accounting records, handling day-to-day financial transactions, assisting with reconciliations, and supporting statutory compliance and month-end activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain accurate day-to-day accounting records and financial transactions.
- Record purchase, sales, receipt, payment, and journal entries in the accounting system.
- Prepare and maintain invoices, vouchers, debit notes, and credit notes.
- Perform regular bank, customer, and vendor reconciliations.
- Maintain accounts payable and accounts receivable records.
- Assist in monthly closing activities and preparation of financial reports.
- Verify bills, invoices, and supporting documents before processing payments.
- Coordinate with vendors and internal departments regarding payment and accounting-related queries.
- Assist in GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance activities.
- Support the Accounts Manager in audits and provide required financial documents.
- Maintain proper documentation and filing of accounting records.




- Monitor outstanding receivables and payables and prepare follow-up reports.
- Assist in payroll-related accounting entries and employee reimbursement processing.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial data in the accounting software.
- Perform other accounting and finance-related duties as assigned by management.

Required Skills

- Positive knowledge of basic accounting principles and practices.
- Working knowledge of GST, TDS, and basic statutory compliance.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software such as Tally/ERP.
- Good numerical and analytical skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of retail/FMCG accounting will be an added advantage.

Educational Qualification

- B.Com / M.Com or equivalent qualification in Commerce/Accounting.
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in accounting and finance.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
