Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and hardworking Juice & Tea Maker to join our restaurant team. The candidate will be responsible for preparing high-quality tea, fresh juices, shakes, and other beverages while maintaining excellent taste, presentation, hygiene, and consistency.

Key Responsibilities

⁠ ⁠Prepare different varieties of tea, coffee, fresh juices, shakes, mojitos and other beverages as per the restaurant menu.

⁠ ⁠Maintain consistent taste, quantity, quality, and presentation.

⁠ ⁠Prepare beverages quickly during busy hours without compromising quality.

⁠ ⁠Follow standard recipes and portion control.

⁠ ⁠Keep the beverage preparation area, equipment, and utensils clean and hygienic.

⁠ ⁠Check and maintain proper stock of fruits, milk, tea, sugar, syrups and other beverage ingredients.

⁠ ⁠Minimize wastage and use ingredients efficiently.

⁠ ⁠Follow food safety and hygiene standards.

⁠ ⁠Coordinate with waiters, kitchen staff and the cashier for smooth order handling.





⁠ ⁠Maintain cleanliness and organization of the juice/tea counter.

⁠ ⁠Inform the manager about stock requirements, equipment issues or quality concerns.

Requirements

⁠ ⁠Previous experience as a Juice Maker, Tea Maker, Beverage Maker or similar role preferred.

⁠ ⁠Good knowledge of tea, juices, shakes and other beverages.

⁠ ⁠Ability to work efficiently under pressure during peak hours.

⁠ ⁠Good hygiene and cleanliness habits.

⁠ ⁠Responsible, punctual and hardworking.

⁠ ⁠Ability to work as part of a team.

⁠ ⁠Experience in a restaurant, café or hotel will be an advantage.

Salary

₹24000. to ₹27000 per month, depending on experience and skills.
