About the role.

We’re looking for a Junior Graphic Designer who has a strong eye for design, understands social media, and is excited to work across different brands and visual styles.

You’ll work closely with our creative, social media, and strategy teams to translate ideas into engaging visual content from Instagram posts and carousels to campaign creatives, stories, presentations, and more.

This role is ideal for someone who is early in their design career but is curious, detail-oriented, quick to learn, and genuinely wants to become a stronger designer.

What you will be doing?

- Design social media creatives including static posts, carousels, stories, campaign assets, and digital ads.
- Work across multiple brands while understanding and maintaining each brand’s individual visual identity.
- Translate creative briefs, references, and ideas into strong visual executions.
- Work closely with Social Media Managers, Strategists, Copywriters, and the Creative Team.
- Adapt designs across different formats, platforms, and dimensions.
- Contribute visual ideas during brainstorming and campaign discussions.
- Research current design, social media,



typography, and visual trends.
- Incorporate feedback and revisions while maintaining design quality.
- Ensure creatives are proofread, correctly formatted, and ready before submission.
- Maintain organised design files and follow internal naming and folder structures.
- Manage assigned tasks and deliver creatives within agreed timelines.

What you're looking for
- 0–2 years of experience in graphic design. Freshers with a robust portfolio are welcome.
- Strong working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator .
- Knowledge of After Effects, Premiere Pro, Figma, or Canva is an added advantage.
- Good understanding of typography, layouts, colour, composition, and visual hierarchy.
- Awareness of Instagram and current social media design trends.
- Ability to work across different brand aesthetics instead of relying on one design style.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced agency environment.
- Comfortable receiving feedback and iterating on work.
- A willingness to experiment, learn, and improve continuously.

What success looks like As a Junior Graphic Designer, you’ll be expected to gradually take greater ownership of the brands you work on. Success in this role means:

We’re looking for someone who is curious about why a design works , understands that every creative needs to communicate something, and wants to build the ability to turn an idea into something people stop scrolling for.
