Role Description This full-time, on-site Junior Sales Executive role is based in Coimbatore. The role involves identifying prospective customers, following up on inquiries, and supporting the full sales cycle for industrial printing and conversion machinery. Day-to-day tasks include conducting product presentations and demonstrations, preparing quotations, coordinating with the technical and production teams, and maintaining accurate records in CRM or sales tracking tools.

The Junior Sales

Executive will assist in negotiating commercial terms under guidance, participate in trade shows or customer visits, and provide post-sales support in coordination with service teams.



The role also includes regularly updating management on sales progress, market feedback, and competitor activities.

Qualifications

- Any Degree.
- Sales and customer relationship skills: ability to build rapport, understand customer needs, and support consultative selling in an industrial/engineering context.
- Communication and presentation skills: clear spoken English & Hindi , confident product presentations, and effective coordination with internal teams and clients.
- Analytical and organizational skills: basic data analysis for sales reports, careful documentation of leads and opportunities, and time management to handle multiple prospects.
- Technical aptitude: willingness to learn machinery features and processes, with the ability to explain product advantages and basic specifications to customers.
- Education: bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
- Experience: prior internship or 0–2 years of experience in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles; exposure to manufacturing or capital equipment sales is an advantage.
- Other requirements: proficiency in MS Office tools, readiness for travel to customer sites, and a collaborative, goal-oriented work attitude.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
