Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Jr.

Sales

Engineer role based in the Pune Division. The Jr.

Sales

Engineer will support the sales team by understanding customer requirements, preparing technical proposals, and demonstrating solutions related to weather monitoring, SCADA, and remote monitoring systems. Daily responsibilities include coordinating with clients, answering technical queries, providing pre- and post-sales technical support, and assisting in product presentations and site visits as needed. The role also involves maintaining accurate documentation, tracking opportunities,



and collaborating with internal engineering and service teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess solid Sales Engineering and Technical Support skills to assist in solution design, proposals, and implementation support.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication and Customer Service skills to manage client interactions, explain technical concepts clearly, and resolve issues promptly.
- Candidates should possess foundational Sales skills to identify opportunities, support negotiations, and help drive revenue growth.
- Candidates should have a basic understanding of solar power plant operations, SCADA systems, and monitoring technologies, or a willingness to learn quickly.
- Candidates should hold a diploma or degree in Engineering (e.g., Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, or related field) or equivalent technical qualification.
- Candidates should be comfortable working on-site, visiting client locations, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Candidates should demonstrate problem-solving ability, attention to detail, and proficiency with common office and documentation tools.
