Job Summary

Kalpavriksha Interiors Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a Junior Purchase Executive to support procurement activities for turnkey interior projects. The role involves vendor coordination, material sourcing, quotations, negotiations, purchase orders, and ensuring timely availability of materials at project sites as per approved specifications, quality, and timelines.

Key Responsibilities

- Source materials, products, and services required for turnkey interior projects.

- Identify and coordinate with suppliers, manufacturers, contractors, and vendors.

- Collect and compare vendor quotations based on price, quality, specifications, and delivery timelines.

- Negotiate with vendors under the guidance of the Purchase Manager.





- Prepare and process Purchase Orders (POs) and maintain purchase records.

- Follow up with vendors for timely material delivery to project sites.

- Coordinate with Project, Design, Stores, and Accounts teams for procurement requirements.

- Verify material specifications against approved drawings, BOQs, and project requirements.

- Track pending orders, deliveries, and material shortages.

- Develop and maintain a reliable vendor database for interior materials and services.

- Support resolution of quality, quantity, delivery, and billing discrepancies.
