ToyStack is Looking for:

Toystack AI is an Agentic AI workflow orchestration platform that automates complex, multi-step enterprise workflows using intelligent agents. We focus on end-to-end execution — where reliability, accuracy, and system behaviour under edge cases matter deeply.

We're looking for a Jr. QA Engineer who goes beyond surface-level testing. You'll own end-to-end manual testing across Toystack's agentic AI and non-AI product workflows — writing test plans, executing regression and functional test cycles, validating API responses, and documenting defects with full reproduction steps.

Key Responsibilities

- Design comprehensive test strategies by analysing product requirements, workflows, and edge cases

- Write test plans, test cases, and test data from scratch; maintain daily bug/status reports

- Perform functional, regression, integration, and exploratory testing across end-to-end workflows

- Validate multi-step workflows involving APIs, data flows, and agent interactions

- Identify inconsistencies across system states, data transitions, and logic paths

- Test APIs using Postman or equivalent tools; monitor network logs and identify failed API calls

- Write basic SQL queries to verify backend data correctness

- Identify, document,



and prioritise bugs with clear reproduction steps in Jira or ClickUp

- Collaborate closely with developers to communicate expected vs. actual behaviour and resolve defects

- Participate in release planning, sanity checks, and post-release validation

- Take complete ownership of product quality across assigned modules — not just assigned test cases

Must-Have Skills

- 2–4 years of hands-on experience in QA / Software Testing

- Strong command of end-to-end manual testing — functional, regression, integration, and exploratory methodologies

- Proven ability to author test plans and test cases independently from scratch

- API testing experience using any tool (Postman, REST Assured, or equivalent)

- Hands-on defect lifecycle management using Jira, ClickUp, or similar bug tracking tools

- Understanding of data flows and business logic — not just UI-level validation

- Basic SQL for backend data validation

- Clear written and verbal communication skills to articulate defects and requirements to developers

Valuable to Have

- Automation exposure — Selenium, Playwright, or Cypress (Java or Python)

- REST Assured or equivalent API automation experience

- Prior experience testing AI products or non-deterministic outputs (LLMs, agents)





- Experience with SaaS or workflow-based products

- Familiarity with distributed systems or microservices
