We are looking for a Jr. Engineer – Finishing with around 5 years of experience in residential/commercial real estate projects. The candidate will be responsible for supervising and coordinating finishing activities at the project site while ensuring quality, timelines, and proper execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and monitor finishing activities at the project site.
- Coordinate execution of plastering, flooring, tiling, painting, waterproofing, POP/false ceiling, doors & windows, and other finishing works.
- Ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, consultants, and other site teams.
- Conduct regular site inspections and identify finishing defects/snags.
- Ensure timely completion of finishing activities as per project schedule.
- Check material quality and ensure proper material utilization.
- Maintain daily progress reports,
measurements, checklists, and relevant site documentation.
- Coordinate with QA/QC and other departments for inspection and quality compliance.
- Monitor safety practices during site execution.
Requirements
- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
- Around 5 years of relevant experience in finishing/site execution.
- Experience in Real Estate / Residential / Commercial Building Projects preferred.
- Strong knowledge of finishing activities and construction practices.
- Valuable coordination and site supervision skills.
- Ability to read and understand civil/architectural drawings.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Candidate
Candidates with hands-on experience in residential real estate projects and building finishing works will be preferred.
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
