We are looking for motivated and target-oriented sales professionals to drive residential rooftop solar sales under the PM Surya Ghar Mission. The role involves lead generation, customer engagement, field visits, explaining solar solutions, and converting prospects into sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate sales leads through field visits, references, local campaigns, and door-to-door activities.
- Promote residential rooftop solar solutions under the PM Surya Ghar Scheme.
- Meet residential customers and explain solar benefits, subsidies, and available financing options.
- Conduct customer and site visits and collect the required documents.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth project execution.
- Follow up regularly with leads and prospective customers.
- Convert qualified leads into sales and achieve assigned monthly sales targets.
- Maintain regular communication with customers throughout the sales process.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Eligibility & Experience
- Graduate in any discipline.
Higher
Secondary (+2) candidates may also be considered.
- 6 months to 2 years of Feet-on-Street Sales / Field Sales experience preferred.
- Experience in Solar Sales or Electrical Product Sales will be preferred.
- Candidates with experience in Insurance, Telecom, Banking, or Consumer Durable sales may also be considered.
- Positive communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned district for customer visits and lead generation.
- Bengali language proficiency is mandatory. Knowledge of Hindi and English will be an added advantage.
- Candidates should be comfortable working in field sales.
