Key Responsibilities

Sales

Development:

- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.

- Expand dealer, retailer, and contractor network within assigned territory.

- Generate secondary sales through market activation and influencer engagement.

- Ensure product availability across key counters and markets.

2.

Dealer Network Development:

- Appoint current dealers in uncovered and high-potential locations.

- Strengthen relationships with existing paint and building-material counters.

- Ensure proper stock depth of fast-moving SKUs.

- Support dealers in visibility execution and scheme implementation.

3. Contractor &

- Applicator Engagement:

- Develop database of

- Putty contractors

- Texture applicators

- Mason groups

- Painting contractors

- Conduct regular site visits and product trials.

- Convert running sites into company product usage.

- Promote contractor loyalty schemes and influencer programs.

4. Site Conversion &

- Project Tracking:

- Identify new residential and commercial construction activity.





- Track builder-driven and contractor-driven sites.

- Ensure early-stage specification of primer and putty.

- Support sampling and approvals where applicable.

5.

Market

Intelligence &

- Competition Tracking:

- Monitor competitor pricing, schemes, and contractor loyalty programs.

- Share updates on competitor brands.

- Recommend tactical schemes based on Ahmedabad contractor behavior.

6. Training &

- Technical Support:

- Conduct small-group painter meetings.

- Provide basic application guidance for putty layers and primer base preparation.

- Coordinate with technical team for complaint resolution if required.

7. Reporting &

- Discipline:

- Maintain daily visit plan and reporting structure.

- Track dealer billing vs secondary movement.

- Maintain contractor engagement tracker.

- Submit weekly competitor updates.
