Role Description The Jr.

Digital Marketing

Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Srinagar. This role involves supporting digital marketing campaigns, managing social media channels, and assisting in content creation for the company’s website and online platforms. Daily tasks include planning and scheduling social media posts, monitoring engagement, and coordinating with the marketing team to promote Hydro Warm’s products and brand.



The role also includes tracking web analytics, preparing basic performance reports, and helping optimize campaigns for better reach and conversions. The Jr.

Executive will collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging and support overall marketing initiatives.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in Marketing and Social Media Marketing to support campaign planning and execution.
- Candidates should possess skills in Communication and Web Content Writing to create clear, engaging, and brand-aligned messaging.
- Candidates should possess skills in Web Analytics to monitor digital performance and contribute to data-driven improvements.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., social media management tools, Google Analytics) is beneficial.
