About the Role

We are looking for a Jr. Client Partner Healthcare to support client relationships and day-to-day account operations within our healthcare staffing business.

The role will work closely with clients, healthcare recruiters, onboarding, credentialing, payroll, and internal leadership to ensure smooth service delivery, timely resolution of client requirements, and a positive client experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Support day-to-day communication and relationship management with healthcare clients.
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal recruitment teams for timely fulfilment.
- Track open requirements, candidate submissions, interviews, placements, extensions, and related client requests.
- Coordinate with Recruitment, Onboarding, Credentialing, Payroll, and Operations teams to resolve client and candidate issues.
- Maintain accurate records of client requirements, updates, follow-ups, and commitments.
- Ensure timely follow-up on pending client actions and requirements.
- Support issue resolution and escalate critical client concerns to the appropriate leadership.
- Develop a strong understanding of healthcare staffing processes, client expectations, and service requirements.
- Participate in client calls and meetings as required.
- Prepare regular account updates, trackers, and reports for management.




- Identify recurring service issues and work with internal teams to improve processes.
- Maintain professional and timely communication with all stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, client requirements, and applicable processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification preferred.
- 13 years of experience in client servicing, account management, healthcare staffing, recruitment coordination, or a related role.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong follow-up and stakeholder-management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Good problem-solving and escalation-management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and documentation.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Outlook, Teams, and other business communication tools.
- Willingness to work in a US/night-shift environment.

Preferred

- Experience in US Healthcare Staffing.
- Understanding of healthcare staffing terminology and processes.
- Exposure to MSP/VMS environments.
- Experience working with US-based clients or healthcare facilities.
