Role Description The Jr. Architect will support the design and documentation of architectural and interior projects from concept through execution. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing drawings and 3D models, assisting with design development, coordinating with senior team members, and contributing to material and product research.

The role involves organizing project information, supporting basic project coordination, and helping ensure design intent is maintained across deliverables. This is a full-time, in office position based in Coimbatore,



requiring close collaboration with the design team and occasional site visits as needed.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Architecture and Architectural Design, including conceptual design, space planning, and preparation of design drawings.
- Candidates should possess relevant Software Development and Integration skills, particularly in using architectural design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, BIM tools) and integrating workflows across platforms.
- Candidates should possess Project Management-related skills, such as basic scheduling, task tracking, documentation, and coordination with consultants and vendors.
- Relevant qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in Architecture or an equivalent field, familiarity with local building codes and standards, and an understanding of materials and construction techniques.
- Additional beneficial skills include strong visual communication, attention to detail, ability to interpret feedback, effective time management, and willingness to learn in a collaborative studio environment.
