- ? Who Are We Looking For?
- 6–10 years of F&B; experience
- Candidates from 5-Star Hotels, Luxury Hotels, Premium/Fine-Dining Restaurants or Premium Casual Dining
- Strong experience in restaurant/outlet operations
- Excellent guest handling and service recovery skills
- Strong team leadership and people management
- Valuable understanding of restaurant business performance and daily operations
- Excellent communication, grooming and hospitality mindset
- Experience in premium dining / Asian / Thai restaurants will be an advantage
