We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Sales & Marketing Executive for our Ready Mix Concrete (RMC) business in Ludhiana.

The candidate will be responsible for generating new business, visiting construction sites, developing relationships with builders and contractors, following up with customers, and converting enquiries into RMC orders.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit construction sites across Ludhiana and nearby areas.
- Identify new residential, commercial and industrial construction projects.
- Generate enquiries and sales orders for Ready Mix Concrete.
- Build relationships with builders, contractors, civil engineers, architects, developers and procurement teams.
- Follow up regularly with existing and prospective customers.
- Negotiate pricing and coordinate orders with the plant/operations team.
- Follow up on outstanding payments and assist with collections.
- Maintain records of site visits, enquiries, quotations and confirmed orders.
- Monitor competitor pricing and local market activity.
- Achieve monthly sales targets.
Candidate Requirements
- Field sales experience preferred.
- Experience in RMC, cement, TMT steel, construction chemicals, tiles,
building materials or construction-related sales will be preferred.
- Good knowledge of Ludhiana and surrounding areas.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Punjabi and Hindi communication required.
- Candidate should be comfortable travelling locally for site visits.
- Own two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
- Existing contacts with contractors, builders or construction professionals will be an advantage.
Salary & Benefits
- Fixed Salary: ₹20,000 per month
- Petrol expenses paid separately by the company
- Sales incentives based on performance

Preferred Candidate Preference will be given to candidates who already have experience in RMC, cement or construction-material sales and have contacts with builders, contractors and construction sites in Ludhiana.
