Designation: Manager-Accounts & Finance

Job Location: CBD Belapur

Experience: 2+ Years of experience in a similar profile / role (Manager, Senior Manager),

preferably Insurance industry

Qualification: preferably CA / CA Inter

Skill Required: SAP work experience- minimum 2 years

Preferable Notice Period: As soon as possible

Gender: preferably Male

Job Profile: Managing Insurance surveyor company and Insurance vertical in Calibehr independently .

Maintain day-to-day general ledgers, Accounts Payable, and Accounts Receivable handles client relationships, coordinates survey cases, and oversees billing operations between insurance companies, claimants, and loss assessors

Billing & Fee Management:





Track and raise qualified survey/loss assessment fee invoices to insurance companies (general insurers).

Follow up on receivables to ensure timely collection of assessment fees and manage aging reports.

Monitor travel, site inspection, and operational overhead costs relative to fee earnings Coordinate internal and external financial audits Managing monthly closing, MIS reporting, Budget vs Actuals of Insurance vertical controlling operational and financial coordination of claims and survey reports .

Several other peripheral activities assigned by Team Heads & CFO Effective communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
