Job Purpose

We are seeking a dynamic, result-oriented Front Office cum Tele Sales Executive for our premium cosmetic clinic. This hybrid role requires an individual who balances an immaculate, welcoming front-desk presence with exceptional inside sales and lead-conversion capabilities. You will act as the first point of contact for our clients while actively driving clinic revenue through proactive tele sales and relationship management.

Key Responsibilities

1. Tele Sales & Lead Conversion

- Proactive Calling: Handle inbound and outbound calls to engage prospective clients, follow up on marketing leads, and answer service inquiries.
- Client Conversion: Nurture inquiries into confirmed appointments, successfully converting potential leads into loyal clinic clients.
- Sales Targets: Demonstrate passion and dedication to meeting and exceeding monthly and quarterly clinic sales numbers.

2. Customer Relationship Management (CRM) & Retention

- Relationship Building: Build and maintain deep, trust-based relationships with clients by understanding their unique skin, hair, and aesthetic goals.
- Follow-up Management: Stay in touch with existing clients post-treatment to ensure satisfaction, collect feedback, and encourage repeat visits or package upgrades.
- Service Excellence: Apply basic sales and marketing principles to identify customer retention opportunities and maximize customer lifetime value.

Front Office Management & Guest Relations

- Clinic Etiquette: Welcome walk-in clients with a warm, pleasing personality and skilled corporate etiquettes.
- Appointment Scheduling: Seamlessly coordinate schedules for doctors, dermatologists, and consultants to avoid client wait times.

· Billing & Software Management: Efficiently access and operate clinic management/billing software to generate invoices, process payments, and log client records. Job Requirements & Qualifications

- Education:Graduate in any stream (Any Bachelor's Degree).
- Language Proficiency: Fluency in both English and Tamil is mandatory (excellent verbal and written communication).
- Experience:
- Proven experience in Tele sales, inside sales, or client conversion.
- Hands-on experience in Front Office/Reception management.
- Highly Preferred: Prior work experience within a Cosmetic Clinic, Wellness Centre, Luxury Spa, or Dermatology Clinic.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel) for daily reporting.
- A quick learner capable of adapting swiftly to digital billing and CRM software tools.
- Soft Skills:
- Pleasing personality, high emotional intelligence, and impeccable grooming standards.
- Dedicated team player with a resilient mindset towards achieving targets.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
