Position: Data Analyst

Location: Greater Noida (WFO - 5 Days)

Experience: 3-6 Years

Key Responsibilities

- Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and business insights.
- Develop, optimize, and maintain complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and database objects.
- Design, develop, and support ETL processes for data extraction, transformation, and loading.
- Ensure data quality, integrity, and accuracy across multiple data sources.
- Create dashboards, reports, and visualizations to support business decision-making.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather reporting and analytics requirements.
- Perform data validation, reconciliation, and root cause analysis for data issues.
- Support data warehousing and business intelligence initiatives.

Must Have Skills
- Strong hands-on experience in SQL (Complex Queries, Joins, CTEs, Performance Tuning).
- Experience in ETL Development and Data Integration.




- Strong understanding of Data Warehousing concepts.
- Experience in data analysis, reporting, and data validation.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

Good to Have
- Power BI for dashboard creation and reporting.
- Python (Pandas, NumPy, Data Analysis).
- Experience with SSIS, Informatica, Talend, Azure Data Factory, Snowflake.
- Exposure to cloud-based data platforms.

- Robust analytical mindset with excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and interact with business stakeholders.
- Experience handling large datasets and delivering actionable business insights.
