Role Description The Job Controller / Floor Controller & FI role is a full time, on-site position based in Bengaluru. This role involves overseeing workshop floor operations, managing job allocations, and monitoring repair progress to ensure timely and high-quality service delivery.

The individual coordinates with service advisors, technicians, and parts teams to optimize workflow, minimize downtime, and maintain adherence to manufacturer standards. The role requires maintaining accurate records, tracking key performance indicators, and supporting a customer-centric environment by ensuring transparent communication and efficient service processes.

Qualifications

- Strong workshop coordination and floor management skills, with the ability to prioritize jobs and manage daily service operations effectively.
- Experience with automotive service processes, including job card handling, repair scheduling,



and quality assurance in a dealership or service center environment.
- Proficiency in using dealership management systems, MS Office tools, and basic reporting for tracking productivity, turnaround time, and customer service metrics.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with customers, technicians, service advisors, and other internal stakeholders.
- Solid attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and a customer-focused mindset to support a premium automotive brand experience.
- Prior experience in a luxury or premium automotive brand environment is an advantage.
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Automobile Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Business, or a related field is preferred.
