Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Jewelry Designer role based in Mumbai.

The Jewelry

Designer will conceptualize and create current jewelry designs, produce detailed sketches, and develop collections aligned with market trends and brand identity. Day-to-day tasks include hand drawing and CAD modeling of rings, necklaces, earrings, and other pieces, preparing technical specifications for production, and collaborating with product development and manufacturing teams to ensure feasibility and quality. The role also involves researching fashion jewelry trends, selecting appropriate materials and gemstones, and refining designs based on feedback from internal stakeholders and clients.

The Jewelry

Designer will maintain organized design files,



support prototype reviews, and help ensure that final products meet both aesthetic and functional standards. The role will include travel to various Trade shows.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Jewelry Design and Fashion Jewelry, with the ability to create original, market-relevant concepts.
- Candidates should possess Drawing and Product Design skills for translating ideas into detailed, production-ready sketches and specifications.
- Optional but Beneficial: Candidates should possess Computer-Aided Design (CAD) skills to develop accurate 2D/3D models and technical drawings for manufacturing.
- Candidates should possess creativity, attention to detail, and an understanding of gemstones, metals, and jewelry manufacturing processes.
- Candidates should possess effective communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams and external partners.
- Formal education in jewelry design, industrial design, fashion design, or a related field is preferred; relevant industry experience is an advantage.
- Experience in luxury or fine jewelry markets and familiarity with international design standards will be considered beneficial.
