Demonstrate jewellery and assist customers with product selection. Handle customer queries, objections, and negotiations professionally. Achieve individual and store-level sales targets. Maintain knowledge of gold, diamond, silver, gemstones, and jewellery collections.

Prepare quotations, invoices, and assist with billing and payment procedures. Maintain proper display and presentation of jewellery in the showroom. Follow company policies regarding security, inventory handling, and customer service.

Build strong relationships with customers and encourage repeat purchases. Follow up with customers regarding enquiries, recent collections, and special offers.
