Responsibilities

Primary responsibility for the support and maintenance of JD Edwards environments This position requires the ability to work in highly diverse and integrated hardwaresoftware environments serving as Primary and Secondary CNC administrator for JDE EnterpriseOne The ideal candidate is a skilled JDE EnterpriseOne CNC who thrives on managing EnterpriseOne has excellent communication skills works well both independently and as a team player and can multitask This individual excels at delivering quality managed services

Typical daytoday CNC activities including package builds EPS release Vertex release user ID creation environment configurationmanagement monitoring performance tuning and troubleshootingresolving system issues

Support and maintain EnterpriseOne environments considering customer business requirements and applying best practices and standard operating procedures for health and stability of EnterpriseOne systems

JD Edwards installationupgrade Service PackTools Upgrade Server Manager setup and troubleshooting FoundationPath code Server mapping environments basic E1 security adding roles creating users password reset ESUs and ASUs OMW OMC

Dispersing tickets monitoring ticketing system handling incoming s and escalating as needed

Configuring Azure Virtual Networks NSGs VPN GatewayExpressRoute connectivity for secure access between onpremises and cloudhosted E1 environments

Using Azure Monitor Log Analytics and Application Insights to track server health performance counters and proactive ing for JDE EnterpriseDeploymentWeb servers

Managing identity and access via Azure Active Directory Entra ID including conditional access and rolebased access control RBAC for CNC and support teams

Automating provisioning and patching with Azure Automation PowerShell and ARMBicep templates to reduce manual configuration effort

Implementing backup and disaster recovery using Azure Backup and Azure Site Recovery for JDE database and application tiers

Working knowledge of Azure Storage BlobFiles for package deployment repositories and log archival

Collaborating with cloud infrastructure teams on cost optimization tagging standards and governance for JDE workloads running in Azure
