: JDE Consultant (Expert)

nRole Summary

nWe are seeking an experienced JD Edwards (JDE) Consultant to lead functional and/or techno-functional implementations, business process optimization, and enterprise solution delivery. The role involves working closely with business stakeholders to drive transformation and maximize ERP value.

nKey Responsibilities

n1. Business Process Consulting & Solution Design

n

n
- Engage with business stakeholders to understand requirements and define solutions
n
- Perform gap analysis and propose optimized workflows and system configurations
n
- Recommend best-fit JDE solutions using standard capabilities wherever possible
n

n2. Implementation & Delivery

n

n
- Lead or support JDE implementations, upgrades, and enhancements
n
- Define functional specifications and support technical teams during development
n
- Ensure quality delivery aligned with project timelines and scope
n

n3. Functional Expertise & Optimization

n

n
- Provide expertise across JDE modules (Finance, Distribution, Manufacturing, etc.)
n
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost optimization
n
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across ERP landscape
n

n4. Stakeholder Engagement & Support

n

n
- Work directly with end users to define business solutions and priorities
n




- Provide application support, issue resolution, and user training
n
- Facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT) and business validation
n

n5. Governance & Documentation

n

n
- Maintain functional documentation, process flows, and design artefacts
n
- Ensure compliance with SDLC, change management, and governance processes
n

n

nKey Skills & Competencies

- Strong expertise in JD Edwards EnterpriseOne (Functional / Techno-functional)
n
- Deep understanding of ERP processes (Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing)
n
- Robust analytical and problem-solving skills
n
- Stakeholder management and communication capabilities
n
- Experience in SDLC, Agile, and ERP implementations
n

nQualifications & Experience

n

n
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in relevant field
n
- 8–12+ years of JDE experience, with implementation exposure
n
- Domain expertise in at least one core ERP module
n

n
