Roles & Responsibilities
- Lead the development and delivery of Java-based software solutions supporting business needs.
- Drive new technology ideas, initiatives, and policies within the assigned area.
- Support and enhance the FS Analytics platform and its technology capabilities.
- Execute IT strategy, complex technology initiatives, and delivery programs.
- Analyze multiple sources of information and prepare clear summaries and insights for stakeholders.
- Collaborate with technology and business leadership to understand requirements and deliver solutions.
- Ensure technology capabilities support client demand and business growth.
Requisites
- Strong experience in Java and software engineering.
- Experience in IT strategy, technology delivery, and complex initiatives.
- Strong understanding of the relevant functional/technology domain.
- Ability to communicate and present information clearly to technology and business leadership.
- Solid analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working in a financial services / institutional technology environment would be relevant based on the role description.
